The Bang Out Of Order guidelines are a set of suggestions designed to help people develop healthier listening habits and increase sonic activity levels in everyones daily lives:

* Aim for at least 30 minutes of house music a day for adults but for young kids who are not fully grown 60 minutes is advised!

* Maintain a diet rich in dirty basslines.

* Choose funky, electro injected dancefloors.

* Injest distorted sounds at least four times a week.

* Limit how much pop music you are exposed to!

* Cut back on sterile, unimaginative music.
