Dj Needle, Nenad Kopunovic, is born in year 1986 in Subotica. His first interests towards electronic music, Needle has demonstrated in early period of his life when he discovered The Prodigy "vibes". After "Prodigy experience" he was so delighted that he devoted himself completely to electronic music.
Clubbing scene in Subotica acted positively on the development of Needle's knowledge and sense of music, and it led to the development of his own style and skill.
Needle used every opportunity to stand in front of mixer, turntable, CD players, Traktor Scratch Pro, Serato, Reason... and every other music mixing and production application. First official parties where he had played were in the Club Code, in Subotica, where he, after a short time, became a resident.
At his beginnings, with his back 2 back partner, he played next to Dejan Milicevic, Marko Nastic, Miss Sunshine, Corvin Dalek, Anthony Pappa, Lee Burridge and other local progressive, minimal and techno dj's.
Soon, after summer party in 2009, where he was warm up for Miss Sunshine, he was a guest at Sasha Le Monnier show Source Of Gravity on Proton and enSonic Radio.
And that is not all, but only a beginning of Dj Needle's journey.
